executed by our staff of Portrait Artists. The optimum method for
obtaining the finest results is to have the subject sit for our
photographer. With this method, the exact pose, lighting, and
expression can be controlled. The result is a work of art to
treasure for generations.
An oil painting can be rendered from an existing photograph if the subject is not available for a portrait sitting. |

Old Masters
The classic elegance of Oil Painting Masters can be approached
by using a large format view camera to produce a high quality
image for the basis of a partial-oil painting portrait. The Old
Masters format captures the rich detail and highlights characterizing
this style. The subjects in each portrait are enhanced
by our artists, using oils and dyes to render the image with a
warmth and richness reminiscent of a fine oil painting. The
portrait is mounted on thick canvas and given several coats of
Hi-Gloss lacquer to create further depth and add protection to
the heirloom.

The Carousel
The aesthetic vision of the Old Masters is carried on with
the 21st century techniques of The Carousel. The Carousel
images are captured using state-of-the-art, professional,
digital equipment. Each portrait receives extensive care
and attention using artist software to produce classic
results. The Custom Carousel portrait includes additional
retouching and a canvas texture finish that accentuates the
depth, shadow, and highlights of the image. The Standard
and Custom Carousel are coated with clear lacquer and mounted.
